Thunderbirds of South Bay was founded in 1990 by Rich Twohy and Jon Mandell, and is a chapter of Classic Thunderbird Club International. Our focus is on classic small T-Birds (1955, 1956 & 1957). The club is located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County in Southern California. We welcome owners, admirers and all those who enjoy the classic T-Bird. We participate in at least one club activity per month which consists of a business meeting, technical seminar about our cars or a visit to an automobile related event, activity or museum. We are a friendly social group that welcomes visitors who share our interests and potential club members who may want to join us. Our dues are $25.00 a year payable in January to our treasurer, Jary O'Toole.
